The traditional dessert is available in the Café Hawelkawhich Josefine Hawelka, the wife of Leopold Hawelka (the owner of the café), baked until her death in 2005. You can still order this popular sweet treat at Café Hawelka today. Original recipe enjoy together with a Viennese Melange.
