Try Vienna snails from Gugumuck

The Vienna snail manufactory Gugumuck in the 10th district has revived an almost forgotten Viennese delicacy. In the 19th century, Roman snails were widespread in Vienna and were even referred to as „Viennese oysters.“ Andreas Gugumuck built on this tradition and created a modern snail farm with a manufactory, bistro, and farm shop on a former farm.
