Within just 2 hours, you will develop from beginner level to a close-knit unit in the water.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Old Danube, a natural jewel in Vienna<\/strong>forms the picturesque backdrop for this extraordinary team event. Take advantage of the relaxed surroundings to discover your colleagues in a new, team-building way and build connections.<\/p>\n For this unique experience\u00a0No special physiological requirements<\/strong>\u00a0and the physical exertion is minimal. Sportswear is recommended and life jackets are provided for non-swimmers. Experience this together with your team\u00a0inspiring experience and strengthens the team spirit<\/strong>\u00a0through a unique combination of nature, sport and shared activity.<\/p>\n After a friendly welcome from the team of trainers, you start with \"dry training\" on the rowing ergometer to learn the basics. This is followed in the boat hall by an introduction to the equipment, safety briefing and getting to know the boat positions. Together you prepare the boat and start the first rowing session (approx. 45 min). After a 15-minute break, the second rowing session follows with an optional final race (approx. 30 minutes).
